YES! We can no longer rely on our external world to make sense of our lives.
Too much sensory information and overwhelming feelings are constantly bombarding our minds. Of course, we feel more anxious, worried, depressed, exhausted. All those feelings are making our day-to-day decisions and choices very difficult and creating more stress over it.
Now, more than ever, we need to learn how to CHANGE. By changing I mean stop, think and reflect on what needs to be changed.
If we do not want to continue in this trap of everyday emotional loop of worries, we have to say NO to our old programs, and start the day being more observant and conscious of those thoughts, feelings and behaviours that keep us in our same story of the past emotions.
My story is full of emotions, like all of us, emotions are the end product of our past experiences and events. When we do realize how these emotions and feelings control our lives, it’s time to change them.
Change your mind change your life, do not let your old programs run your day, instead let it be your will and conscience to decide what is better for you now.
I am in the right moment of my life, I know that now is my own time, time for me to change and become my new ME.
My new reality needs a new personality, not base on the external world but more on the inner world.
That is why I am ready to explore some ways to change my life towards a better one, full of inspiration and passion and love for myself and others.

Using affirmation, visualizations alone is not enough, changing the external environment is not enough, but what it can really make a difference is inside us, ready to explore our minds and brains.
